One CSV. Your planned orders in 60 seconds.

1

Upload your requirements

Export from your ERP, MRP system, or spreadsheet. Needs: SKU, gross requirement, on-hand qty, and unit cost. Lead time, reorder qty, and supplier are optional but improve output quality.

2

Engine calculates net requirements

Net requirement = gross requirement − on-hand − open POs. Urgency is classified by comparing days of cover against lead time. Linear regression projects next-period requirements.

3

Get ranked purchase orders

CRITICAL → URGENT → PLANNED order list with order-by dates, quantities, values, and supplier. Surplus flagged separately. Export to board mode for executive review.

No live ERP connection required. The engine works from any exported CSV — NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Excel, or a manually maintained spreadsheet all work.

Full MRP diagnostic — what's included and what isn't

YieldSentinel MRP is a fast procurement diagnostic, not a production ERP module. Here's an honest comparison so you know exactly what you're getting.

⚡ Most important limitation to know
YieldSentinel MRP works from a pre-exploded requirements file — one row per component with gross requirements already calculated. It does not automatically explode a multi-level BOM from a finished goods demand plan. If your ERP can export an MRP exploded requirements report or planned orders report, that CSV works perfectly. If you need automatic BOM explosion, run the BOM Costing module first to see component structure, then manually build your requirements CSV.

Common questions

Required columns: sku, gross_requirement, on_hand_qty, unit_cost. Optional but recommended: open_po_qty, lead_time_days, reorder_qty, supplier, category. Common ERP aliases are mapped automatically — demand_qty, stock, in_transit, std_cost, vendor all work.
Not automatically. The engine works from a pre-exploded requirements file — one row per component with gross requirements already calculated at the raw material level. Most ERP systems can export this directly (NetSuite MRP report, SAP MD04, QuickBooks assembly planner). If your system can't, run the BOM Costing module first to see your component structure.
CRITICAL: the material will reach stockout before a replenishment order can arrive based on current days-of-cover vs lead time. Action required immediately. URGENT: net requirement exists and the order-by date is within twice the lead time. PLANNED: net requirement exists but there's sufficient cover to order in the normal cycle. OK: no net requirement, adequate inventory.
No. YieldSentinel MRP is a diagnostic layer, not a production planning system. It doesn't create live POs, integrate with suppliers, or update inventory records. It analyses your exported data and tells you what needs to happen — you action it in your ERP. Think of it as a fast sanity check or a tool for advisors and planners who need visibility without the ERP licence.
